Privacy notice
Privacy at darkwebguide.net: hosting, contact and optional learning features in your browser.
Controller and scope
The controller is AANEXA SOLUTIONS LLC, 7901 4th St N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. You can contact us about DarkWebGuide through the Aanexa company website.
This notice covers the guide at darkwebguide.net and its learning examples. External linked websites have their own privacy rules.
Website delivery and hosting
DreamHost (USA) hosts this website. Page requests require processing connection information. Server logs may include IP address, time, requested page, response code, referrer and browser identifier. These support operation, troubleshooting and website security.
DreamHost states a default retention of seven days for HTTP logs. This is the provider’s published default, not a promise about every security record or backup. The source is linked below.
Where the GDPR applies, delivering and protecting this website serves our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). DreamHost is a recipient involved in technical delivery. Use of a US provider can involve processing in the United States.
No advertising or analytics integrations
Fonts, images and scripts are served by this website. No external analytics, advertising, payment or newsletter services are embedded. There is no contact form. Sources are links only; opening one causes your browser to visit that external destination.
On the entry page, JavaScript may choose a supported browser language without storing that choice. Explicitly selected language addresses are preserved.
Optional learning features
The demos process browser characteristics and experiment observations on your device. Demo scripts do not send those results to our server. Ordinary page requests and their server logs are separate.
“My traces” displays characteristics on page load. Existing demo storage may also be read. New identifiers and experiments are created only by the actions described. “Storage & demos” explains duration and deletion.
The local server connection demo is not active on this public static website and sets no server demo cookie here.
